They were so helpful and friendly. The engineer,Tony,rang me before he arrived so I could get to the flat(the tenant was at work and happy for us to go in). He was friendly,helpful,checked the system,found no fault and knew what the problem was. He explained it clearly and even demonstrated why turning the bath tap on full flow will not heat the water sufficiently. He told us how to use the taps to best efficiency. Then he checked the thermostat and it is OK so he moved it into the living room and it works fine now. He explained and demonstrated that too. All in a clear, helpful manner. I would certainly hope to use him again if needed.He knew and understood his work. (I hope you can let the company know about the recommendation,if possible. Howard was very helpful and thorough in explaining the problem and what my options were for solving it. Tony came out to fix the escape yesterday. We were extremely impressed by his attitude. The work entailed Steve, the installer, fitting our new boiler, adding neat new pipework, thermostat etc all of which was carried out to a high standard. He even returned a few days later to sort out problem with the remote room stat which was down to operator error.
