Refund Policy

Before continuing with your transaction, please review our refund policy below.

Any Refunds for payment are to be requested from Ignite Gas Care and not through Opayo.

If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Opayo and once it has been agreed by Ignite Gas Care that a refund is due to you.

Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.
