Homeowners

A new energy efficient boiler can dramatically improve the temperature and comfort of your home whilst reducing your energy bills. New systems are much more efficient (usually over 95% as opposed to 70% or less), saving you money and protecting the environment.

Gas Safety Certificate

We are registered with Gas Safe. It is essential that you get your gas safety CP12 checks every year and serviced regularly.

Plug-in appliances in the home or rented property are a common cause of injury and/or fires.


Legionnaires

As a landlord or letting agent acting on behalf of your landlords, you must understand the risks associated with legionella.

Carbon Monoxide

With proper ventilation this gas poses no threat, but when trapped in a room it can have potentially lethal consequences.
