Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

Plug-in appliances in the home or rented property are a common cause of injury and/or fires. They should ideally be checked annually, especially if a property is tenanted since this is the only way a landlord can adequately meet his/her legal Duty of Care to ensure that the tenant is safe at all times. The procedure is straight forward and cost effective. Our gas engineers can carry out the test whilst they are there working on the gas appliances should you wish.
