If you do not have your gas CP12 regularly serviced and safety checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer you could be putting you and your tenants at risk and in possible danger of carbon monoxide poisoning.
CP12 Gas Safety Check Certificates
On completion of the assessment, the Gas Safe registered engineer will issue you, or you can be emailed, a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) for your gas records.
